Living room: Remove ceiling, floorboards, false wall, plasterboard, rockwool (not battens), remove gas fire, fire surrond radiator (to be stored) all 3 doors, skirting. Will take advice on removal of lath and plaster wall Kitchen: Remove all kitchen units + sink, remove both boilers, remove skirting and floorboards, remove seiling, remove all wallpaper Stairs: remove stairs, remove all wall paper. Will seek advice on removal of lath and plaster wall. remove floorboards from underneath the stairs All nails need to be taken out of all ceiling and flooring joists in all rooms mentioned Work will be inpreparation for damp proofing and possible rewire. NB: There is a live mains cable buried next to the stairs...
